Thank you for shopping with A.Kálon. Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure quality and satisfaction. Because our items are handmade and custom, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
We will, however, gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange in the following cases:
Items that arrive damaged or defective.
Incorrect items received due to our error.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: For hygienic reasons, all earrings, nail sets, and custom/personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
